The P2MT allows users to manage and optimise their portfolios. It starts with easy data entry. The algorithm calculates life time value of the molecule and the associated risk. Phase risk is allocated according to the therapeutic category and phase number. Value and volume are forecast for the lifetime of the product. CEOs and CFOs can quickly see how the portfolio will develop in terms of value and volume. From there portfolio risk management can be executed.
